Make Bigwig Database

Build a database containg bigwig files

make_bigwig_db(
  new_project = NULL,
  cache_location = "~/.cache/seuFLViz/",
  sqlite_db = "bw-files.db"
)

Arguments

new_project

Project directory

cache_location

Path to cache "~/.cache/seuFLViz"

sqlite_db

sqlite db containing bw files
